Identity Management, Cloud Security, and Workflow Automation

The Dot Net Factory offers EmpowerID for Identity Management and Cloud Security as well as the Dot Net Workflow platform for secure workflow application development. EmpowerID is the first and only Identity Management solution built on a workflow platform that automates processes, decreases the costs of applications, improves organizational agility, and assists in adhering to regulatory and compliance mandates. EmpowerID unifies identity and resource provisioning, de-provisioning, management, audit, and permissions enforcement for all connected enterprise systems.

EmpowerID's manager modules implement role-based administration with platform-specific modules to discover, provision, de-provision, administer, audit, and enforce a single management model across the enterprise. Most applications and systems have their own unique security model and a set of security user interfaces. EmpowerID removes the need to learn and manage each type of system by centralizing security on a single, role-based model and translating it into a format that is compatible with each system and can be used to effectively manage them.

EmpowerID can automate provisioning, de-provisioning, and the granting and revocation of application and resource access, based upon a person's job function and where they work within an organization. This "security state management" by policy for entitlements prevents the accumulation of privileges over time that can lead to security breaches with potentially disastrous consequences. The platform's unique RBAC technology can be implemented quickly by leveraging your existing Active Directory Groups and OUs. The Dot Net Workflow platform is the premier rapid application development environment for creating secure solutions using the Microsoft .NET Windows Workflow Foundation, Windows Communication Foundation, Windows Identity Foundation, Windows PowerShell, ASP.NET AJAX, Silverlight, SharePoint, and the Windows Presentation Foundation.
