Software Quality Analyst

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document and maintain manual and automated test cases;
  • Participate in product installations, lab infrastructure maintenance and system updating;
  • Produce clear, timely, high-quality test results, both in verbal and written form.

Essential Technical Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional software QA experience, or 2+ years system admin experience with Windows or Unix systems;
  • Proficiency in all Windows Operating Systems, Desktop and Server;
  • Experience in test engineering: test planning, test case design and test execution;
  • Proficiency with virtualization products such as VMWare;
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, DNS and IIS;
  • Proficiency with networking and network protocols;
  • Proficient documentation skills;

Education:

BS in a technical discipline or equivalent education or equivalent industry experience desired

Business Analyst/Project Manager Global Identity Management

We are currently seeking a creative, energetic, smart and motivated Business Analyst / Project Manager hybrid with experience managing .NET development projects.

This role will be working with clients individuals to implement EmpowerID in large global organizations. The work assignments are highly challenging and offer strong opportunities for personal growth through exposure to a wide variety of businesses. You will be working with sophisticated, security-conscious organizations who are implementing our advanced Identity Management solutions that incorporate Role-Based Access Control and workflow.

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration
  • Minimum 8 Years in the IT industry
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working under tight deadlines while closely managing client expectations and maintaining quality project documentation
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work quickly without sacrificing quality in a fast paced environment

Identity Management Software Implementation and Training Consultant

We are hiring software implementation and training consultants for our EmpowerID identity management and workflow application development platform. This is an exciting position offering global travel opportunities and a chance to work with some of the largest and most prestigious companies around the world

In this position, you would work in a team environment to plan and implement identity management projects using our EmpowerID software. As a consultant, you are responsible for identifying project specifications, managing customers’ expectations, performing admin training, and delivering the technical implementation of the solution. Our solutions require working knowledge of SQL databases, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and light programming.

Desired Skills

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, IIS, Exchange, SharePoint, VMware, and basic network infrastructure technologies
  • Consultative client approach to plan and implement solutions on the EmpowerID platform
  • General concept of identity management, user provisioning, and user de-provisioning
  • Experience working with sales staff on pre-sales and post-sales consulting

Senior Sales Engineer – Identity & Access Management

We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer with an understanding of the Identity and Access Management market, a strong work ethic, and the technical acumen to present EmpowerID and explain its many competitive advantages. The ability to work closely with the sales and development teams to round out the sales presentation will determine your success in this role. The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for presenting EmpowerID and explaining the many benefits and nuances of the platform's architecture in relationship to other market approaches and competitors, as well as to respond to all technical concerns that arise during the sales cycle. To accomplish this, the Senior Sales Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and persuasion skills, including: the ability to solicit business requirements, to develop a technical sales strategy, to configure and demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements, and to prove business value.


Responsibilities:

  • Understand the client's needs and establish the company's product as the best solution to address those needs
  • Build and present customized demos
  • Present company’s technical proposition in a comfortable and easily comprehensible manner
  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge needed to be effective in the position
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management
  • Respond to RFPs

Required Skills:

  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience as a sales engineer for an Identity Management company or similar technology
  • Knowledge of related applications, relational database, directory and web technology
  • Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied business environments
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10-25%)

We are hiring Major Account Representatives to help us handle our explosive growth.
